LIGHTHOUSE
Lighthouse is for students in 6th-8th grade. Lighthouse is on Wednesday nights from 6:30 -8:00 pm. It is a time for organized chaos! It is a chance for young teens to learn more about themselves and God in a fun, high-energy and loving environment. The night will be packed with games, skits, teaching, music and small group time. Lighthouse starts Wednesday night, September 12, 2012.

CONFIRMATION
There will be an informational meeting October 14 with confirmation beginning October 28. All 8th and 9th graders were welcome. Confirmation will be taking a hands-on approach to learning about the essential beliefs of the Christian faith. There will be a few field trips along the way.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Jr. High Retreat Oct 12-14 at Trout Lake Camp
This retreat is a great chance for the group to bond with each other while enjoying crazy night games, fun activities like paintball, a four-person zipline, mountain scooters, and climbing wall, along with exciting cabin times. The club is a blast with loud music, hilarious skits and teaching time designed to make the junior-highers think about their relationship with God.
MEA Getaway Oct 20-23 at Camp Castaway
The club time features a combination of inspirational and fun music, hilarious skits and a challenging message. Plus there is lots of free time for rock climbing, disc golf and hot tubs! Make sure you join us for the awesome weekend!
Planet Wisdom Conference Nov 30-Dec 1, 2012 at Grace Church
This conference is action-packed! It has six lesson times in two days, but also mixes in skits, games and music from a national band. The flow of the two days allows you to learn and grow in your relationship with God, while still having a lot of fun.
Winter Wipe-out January 25-27 at Camp Shamineau
There will be four chapel sessions combining fun and games, great worship times and messages from our guest speakers who will share the Gospel. Activities offered include: trail rides, high ropes course, indoor climbing wall, crafts, archery, riflery, snack, gift shop, and more. Youth groups can also participate in the broomball, dodgeball and volleyball tournaments.
SummerFest
For a week during the summer, teens have the chance to get away from real life, hang out with people from all across the Midwest, deepen friendships, and talk about God. Every day speakers come to share inspiring and challenging stories about real life, God, and where the two intertwine. The days are packed with fun surprises of all kinds from the music, the movies, the games, the speakers, and club—all with laughter to tears. SummerFest really has something for everybody.
