NURSERY CARE
Loving childcare is available Sunday mornings from 9:00 – 11:30 am and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for infants and children up to Kindergarten (and for those kids who find it difficult to sit through the Sunday worship service).

SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School is for children ages 3 through 5th grade and meets Sunday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 am. The hour begins in large group worship followed by age-specific classes where kids will learn one attribute of God each quarter, such as “God is Loving.” Sunday School runs September 11, 2011 – May 13, 2012. Come see what all the “buzz” is about!

Each week kids will become fully engaged in experiencing who God is and how He fits into their lives.

WORSHIP
Children are welcome in our worship services and we encourage families to worship together. We invite you to download our “Worshipping with Children” brochure for some ideas for helping your children know they are welcome and suggestions for guiding them as they learn to participate in worship.

KIDZ OF FAITH
Kidz of Faith (formerly AdQuest) is for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. It meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Kids will journey deeper into their faith by looking at some of the basics of the Bible, like the Lord’s Prayer, the 10 Commandments and the 23rd Psalm. The evening will include games, scripture, prayer and creative activities to help explore their faith. Kidz of Faith runs from September 14 through May 16 Come travel with us…and bring a friend!

SPECIAL PROGRAMMING
Children’s Worship Bells: On several Sundays during the ear, children enhance the worship service by ringing bells. (It’s a crowd favorite!)

Third Grade Bible Presentation: On a Sunday morning in September, parents present Bibles to their third-grader during worship.

Operation Christmas Child—Shoeboxes: November/December families invite everyone in the church to shop for items to be sent to children around the world, then pack them in shoe boxes.

Fun Family Events: Scheduled throughout the year, these events are a perfect way to have fun together at low or no cost to you. Bring your neighbors and friends! Some activities could include Play in the park Night, Movie Night, Sledding Party, etc. The possibilities are endless. Watch for more information to come!

Communion Preparation Class: This is held every other year. The next class will be in the spring of 2013.

Vacation Bible School—June 11-15, 2012: A week-long half-day adventure full of fun Bible learning. Open to children ages 4 through 4th grade. The theme for VBS 2012 will be “Sky: Everything is possible with God.”

Children’s Musical: Open to all Kindergarteners through 5 graders and friends. Auditions will be held in October with the performance on Sunday, January 29, 2012 during worship.
