Kathy terSteeg
Kathy terSteeg is the coordinator for our church’s Parents Morning Out (PMO) program. She has been involved with PMO for nine years, five years as coordinator, and four as a staff person. She has been Faith church member for 12 years. Over the years she has volunteered with Sunday school, Wednesday night programming, Alpha, women’s ministries, women’s retreats, Beth Moore studies, weekly women’s breakfast Bible study group, a couples bi-weekly study and Marriage course, and is a Deacon!
Kathy has been a Christian and attending church since she grew up in Montevideo, MN with her parents and two younger brothers. She and her family were always involved with fall clean ups, holiday decorating, family camps and Sunday School.
Kathy has been married to Leon for 27 years. They have a poodle named Beethoven and two handsome sons, Devin and Jake. Their oldest child, Andrew, died many years ago to adult leukemia at the age of three. Afterwards, Kathy worked as a Compassionate Friends group Leader in support of parents who have lost children, while she and Leon worked together on the support group Newsletter.

- Has a passion for the Arboretum, Snowmobiling, Swimming and Water skiing
- Enjoyed Photography and Modeling
- Was a Cub Scout Leader and Snow drifts club princess many years ago!
- Has had seven exchange students from Spain, Germany and Brazil and two highlighted vacation trips (Japan and Brazil)
- Lived in Texas for five years
